Kevin Byrne sold our 14-year old Westminster, CO home at list price within one week (after having listed with another Realtor the prior year for 6 months and getting no offers), and negotiated inspection items to negligible amounts. He helped negotiate a close date that gave us ample time to have our son finish the school year and find a new home in Highlands Ranch, CO. We were up-scaling and had a target community we wanted to move into, so he got us appointments quickly, and walked all the homes with us, helping us focus on our "wish list" items. Listed the home for 4 years under 4 different realtors. No success. Once they held the listing they stopped working. Not Kevin. We decided to sell through an online auction with lnterluxe. We worked with Skip to purchase our home in South Boulder during a very intense time in the Boulder Real Estate Market.
